Cab Driver Robbed At Gunpoint After Picking Up Ride At BWI Airport
A cab driver reported to police that he was robbed at gunpoint Friday by a passenger he picked up at BWI Airport and drove to Glen Burnie.

GLEN BURNIE, MD — A cab driver reported to Anne Arundel County Police that he was robbed at gunpoint Friday by a passenger he picked up at BWI Airport and drove to Glen Burnie. The cabbie said he drove the suspect to the area of Colonial Knoll near Allen Road in Glen Burnie about 2:30 p.m.
When they arrived at the passenger's destination, the man reportedly took out a semi-automatic handgun and demanded money. The driver gave the suspect an undetermined amount of cash and the robber fled on foot.
Police officers and a K-9 unit searched the area, but could not locate the suspect. There were no injuries reported.

The suspect is described as a black man, about 18 years old, 5’6”, 160 pounds. He was wearing a dark colored shirt covering his face, white tank top, and blue jeans.
