We will also recognize the educational goals of working women by awarding our Second Chance Scholarship to promote and encourage the pursuit of higher education. Lastly, NACAC will recognize the accomplishments of an outstanding woman leader in Anne Arundel County through the presentation of our Dr. Thelma T. Daley Pearl Award, named after Delta’s 16th National President.
