Baltimore Washington Medical Center Physician Eugenia Robertson, M.D. will be providing a free lecture titled “An Apple a Day to Keep the Doctor Away: Healthy Tips to a Healthier You in 2012” on Tuesday, January 17 at 6:30 p.m. at The Severna Park Community Center located at 623 Baltimore Annapolis Boulevard in Severna Park and on Tuesday, January 24 at 6:30 p.m. at Baltimore Washington Medical Center located at 301 Hospital Drive in Glen Burnie. This informative lecture will address diet pros and cons and how to make easy and sustainable changes in your routine and food choices to make 2012 your healthiest year yet. Community members are encouraged to attend to obtain the most up-to-date information on starting the new year off on the right foot.
