The Maryland Vascular Center at Baltimore Washington Medical Center is offering free vascular screenings for area residents on Friday, May 17 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Kingdom Builders Church, located at 1490 Matthews Town Road in Hanover.
Free vascular screenings for carotid artery disease, abdominal aortic aneurysms and peripheral arterial disease (PAD) will be offered to people age 50 or older who have one of the following risk factors: hypertension, diabetes, family history of vascular disease, high cholesterol or history of smoking.
