The Maryland Vascular Center at Baltimore Washington Medical Center is offering free vascular screenings for area residents on Friday, April 19 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at BW Health Services, located at 7556 Teague Road, Suite 440 in Hanover.
Free vascular screenings for carotid artery disease, abdominal aortic aneurysms and peripheral arterial disease (PAD) will be offered to people age 50 or older who have one of the following risk factors: hypertension, diabetes, family history of vascular disease, high cholesterol or history of smoking.
