Consumer Credit Counseling Services of Maryland and Delaware Inc., a nonprofit agency that offers free budget counseling, debt repayment planning and community education, will host a presentation on Oct. 10 from 10:45 to 11:15 a.m. A representative from the agency will be on hand to answer questions. The program is free.
