The Anne Arundel County Department of Aging and Disabilities is presenting workshops this winter as part of its free series, "The Future is Now! Are You Ready?"
On March 2, attorney Robert Bohan will discuss "Estate Planning Issues," including wills, powers of attorney, advance medical directives, and trusts. He will also talk about the impact of Maryland's new Power of Attorney for Financial Affairs Act.
Kris-Leigh Assisted Living and Maxim Healthcare Services sponsor the workshops. The Department does not endorse any particular vendor or business.
