A German American Day program will take place on Oct. 13 from 10:30 to 11:15 a.m. The speaker, Hilde Hoffman, grew up in Munich, Germany, during World War II. She has written several books and articles for magazines. She will give a presentation on Oktoberfest, one of the biggest festivals in the world.
