The Monarch Academy Public Charter School in Anne Arundel County will hold informational sessions and open houses through April.
The evening informational sessions feature parent testimonials, student work, tours and question-and-answer sessions. Morning open houses will have question-and-answer sessions and tours during the school day. The tours for the events will be provided by fifth and sixth grade students.
The evening informational sessions will be 6:30 p.m.-8 p.m. on Feb. 17, March 3, March 17, March 31, April 14. The open houses will be from 9:30 a.m.-10:30 a.m. on Feb. 23, March 2, March 23 and April 6. Reservations are required to attend the daytime open houses.

Monarch Academy is accepting applications for students in Anne Arundel County who are entering kindergarten, first, second, third, fifth, sixth and seventh grades.
Applications can be found at www.monarchcharter.org. They are due by April 15.
