- FINALLY! The Cargo ship Ever Forward has been released from its Chesapeake Bay prison. After unloading the stuck ship, it was light enough to become unstuck. The ship had been stuck for more than a month. (Stars and Stripes)
- A collision on Route 648 in Ferndale caused two men to be taken to shock trauma in Baltimore on Saturday morning. It is believed that a Volkswagon failed to reduce speed to avoid a collision and rear-ended the car of a 77-year-old man. He is listed in critical condition. (wmar2news.com)
- A tree has fallen into a building on Forest Hills Avenue in Annapolis. One limb is reported to have gone through a window of the small building. The attending crews are looking into any injuries that may have happened. (A.A. First Alerts/Facebook)
- A single engine plane went down in the Grantsville area late Saturday night. The pilot reported running into bad weather and climbed to 11,000 feet at which time it is believed the plane developed ice and was forced to land. They were taken to the hospital for their injuries. (News Break)
- Sadly, Baltimore saw quite a few shootings this past weekend. By the time of Easter morning, there were six reported victims of shooting. They were all either taken to the hospital or were already there getting treated for their wounds. (WJZ 13)

- It seems as if Maryland is back to winter, at least for a few more days. Temperatures took a dive Sunday night, which triggered a freeze North and West of Baltimore. Sensitive plants could be vulnerable to the freeze. (WBFF Fox45)
