Man Arrested In Glen Burnie After Possessing Pot, Loaded Gun: PD

Josten Harding tried to run from Anne Arundel Police in a traffic stop before he was found with nearly 40 grams of pot and a loaded pistol.

GLEN BURNIE, MD – A 33-year-old Jessup man was arrested and charged this week after Anne Arundel County Police stopped the man in Glen Burnie and found him to be in possession of drugs and a loaded gun.

Josten M. Harding was arrested at 10 p.m. Tuesday after police stopped him on Crain Highway and East Park Road in Glen Burnie. Police said that after being pulled over by police, Harding attempted to run from officers, but was immediately caught and taken into custody.

Harding was found to be in possession of 39.7 grams of what is believed to be marijuana as well as a Canik TP9 pistol which was loaded with 13 rounds of 9 millimeter ammunition, police said.
