Man Shoots Stepson In Northern Anne Arundel County, Victim Dies Next Day: Police
A man shot his adult stepson in northern Anne Arundel County, police alleged. Officers said the victim died the next day.

BROOKLYN, MD — A man recently died one day after his stepfather shot him in northern Anne Arundel County, authorities said.
Police said 48-year-old Sharod Moore of Brooklyn, Maryland succumbed to his shooting injuries last Thursday.
Authorities said they arrested the suspect the day of the shooting. Police identified the accused man as 70-year-old George Albert Summers of Brooklyn, Maryland.

Moore and Summers lived together in the home where the shooting took place, officers said.
Authorities said the shooting happened Feb. 22 around 2:30 p.m. inside a Brooklyn home in the unit block of Park Place.

Police said the suspect was still at the scene, and they arrested him without further incident.
Officers are now investigating the case as a homicide.
