Police Charge Seven with Soliciting Prostitution in Sting
Officers charged seven men with soliciting prostitution in Linthicum after contacting the men online.

Anne Arundel County police charged seven men from around Maryland with soliciting prostitution after an online sting last week.
After posing online as escorts, undercover police made contact with seven men on March 5 in the Linthicum hotel district, and arrested them after they solicited sexual services in exchange for money. Police charged the following men with solicitation offenses:
Jahmel George O’Riley, 25, of Gwynn Oak
- One count of prostitution general
- One count of marijuana possession
- One count of possessing drug paraphernalia
Randal Arden Capshaw, 47, of Centerville
- One count of prostitution general
- One count of resisting arrest
Garry Whitaker, 52, of Baltimore
