Robbery Suspect Sought In Glen Burnie Incident: Police

A 21-year-old man reported being robbed as he was entering his Glen Burnie home, according to police.

GLEN BURNIE, MD — Anne Arundel County Police Department detectives are searching for two men suspected of robbing a 21-year-old man who was entering his home in the 6400 block of Freedom Drive. The incident occurred Sept. 18 at approximately 2:50 a.m. The victim told officers that as he was entering his home, one man placed a hard object against his side, which he thought was a gun, while the other suspect took the victim's keys and cell phone.

Both of the men took off in the victim's car, according to a police report. Officers were able to find the vehicle and conducted a traffic stop but the driver took off on foot. Officers searched the area but were unable to locate the suspect. If anyone has information related to the incident, they are asked to contact Northern District detectives at 410-222-6135.
