Sketch Of Victim Found Along I-695 Released By Police
A sketch of the man whose remains were earlier found near Glen Burnie has been released. No ID was found with the body, police said.

GLEN BURNIE, MD — A sketch seeking to identify the possible homicide victim whose human remains were discovered down an embankment on Interstate 695 in Anne Arundel County in September was released Monday by Maryland State Police. The man, whose remains were found Sept. 22, is an Asian/Hispanic male, 5’2”, in his late 20s or early 30s, authorities say.
The Office of the Chief Medical Examiner in Baltimore determined the victim died from trauma to his head. Although the cause is still pending, nothing has been ruled out and the case continues to be investigated as a possible homicide, according to a news release. Police hope someone will recognize the victim from the composite sketch and contact investigators with a possible identity.
A driver stopped on the shoulder of the inner loop ramp of I-695 to Rt. 10 south made the grim discovery shortly after 4:30 p.m. Sept. 22. While out of his car, the driver saw what appeared to be human remains down the embankment and called 911. Investigators found human skeletal remains lying on top of the ground. The remains were clothed, but no identification was found with or near the body.
