UM BALTIMORE WASHINGTON MEDICAL CENTER HOSTS COMMUNITY CPR CLASS

UM
Baltimore Washington Medical Center is hosting a CPR Anytime® class
on Wednesday, November 6 at 301 Hospital Drive in Glen Burnie in the Dr.
Constantine Padussis Conference Center, located on the third floor of the
medical center. Join us to learn basic CPR, AED skills and choking relief at
our free CPR community class. Adult skills will be taught from 5:30 to 6:30
p.m., followed by an infant skills class from 7 to 8 p.m.

            CPR Anytime, an American Heart
Association® program, overcomes many of the barriers to traditional
CPR courses (which are often time consuming and expensive) and emphasizes
hands-on practice time, allowing individuals to gain confidence with the skills
they have learned.

Please note that this class does not provide CPR
certification. The class is free, but space is limited. To register, please
call UM Baltimore Washington Medical Center’s Community Outreach department at
410-787-4367.
