ā¢ Fairfax Circuit Court Selects Judge Steve Shannon As Its Next Chief Judge (patch.com) ā Judge Steve Shannon has been chosen as the new chief judge of the Fairfax Circuit Court, overseeing Virginiaās largest trial court based in Fairfax. A longtime Fairfax County public servant, heās previously served as a prosecutor, delegate, and co-founder of the regional AMBER Alert program, and teaches at George Mason Universityās law school.
