Want to Get a Free Car Wash?

If summer’s dust, dirt and grime has spent the past couple months settling on your car, maybe it’s time for a car wash.

Glen Burnie Cub Scout Pack 725 will host a free car wash on Saturday, Aug. 23, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Glen Burnie United Methodist Church, 5 Second Ave. S.E.

Donations are, of course, welcome and appreciated, but not mandatory.

If it happens to rain on Aug. 23, well, then you get a free car wash from Mother Nature and can plan to return the following week for free car wash number two.

The rain date for the event is Saturday, Aug. 30.
