Greenbelt‑based experts are central to Roman's guidance innovations.

• NASA Advances PRIMA Far-Infrared Telescope to Phase B Development (memesita.com) — NASA's upcoming PRIMA far‑infrared space telescope has advanced into Phase B development, and Goddard Space Flight Center in Greenbelt will help build the spacecraft alongside Marshall and Jet Propulsion Laboratory. Planned for a 2033 launch, PRIMA will study how planets, stars, and black holes form by capturing far‑infrared light. Greenbelt's role means local engineers will shape one of the next big observatories.
