• Carroll County Boy Scout on a mission to ease senior isolation one gift bag at a time (wmar2news.com) — A Hampstead-based Boy Scout troop is helping isolated Carroll County seniors by packing 50 gift bags that Meals on Wheels will deliver in the coming weeks. Led by 17-year-old Eagle Scout candidate Aiden Tiffe, Troop 380 raised over $4,000 for the project and meets every Wednesday at Wesley United Methodist Church in Hampstead, where younger Scouts see his community service example up close.
