11-Year-Old Loses Phone on Trail, Police Find It: Havre de Grace Crime

Stolen bike allegedly spotted at taxi stand, Edgewood man charged with three counts of possession and more incidents from HdG PD.

HAVRE DE GRACE, MD — The Havre de Grace Police Department provided the following information about recent incidents. Arrests do not indicate convictions.

An 11-year-old girl lost her phone while on the North Park Loop Trail, also known as Joe K Trail, in the 900 block of Juniata Street. At approximately 4:55 p.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 2, police received word that the girl's Galaxy phone was lost while she was on the trail. There were no suspects. Police followed up on the report and were able to locate the phone, which was returned.

A woman's bicycle stolen from the 500 block of North Adams Street two weeks prior was allegedly seen at Montville Taxi before 9 a.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 2. Police were unable to locate the gray-blue bike.

During a traffic stop in the 1600 block of Pulaski Highway, an Edgewood man was charged with three counts of possession other than marijuana. Police said the 20-year-old man from the 800 block of Olive Branch Court was stopped on Tuesday, Aug. 2.

The same day—Tuesday, Aug. 2—authorities said a 33-year-old Perryville man was arrested in the 700 block of Green Street for violation of probation.
