2 Thefts and Disturbance Reported: HdG Crime
Two animal complaints were also reported to Harford County law enforcement in recent days, officials said.

HAVRE DE GRACE, MD — The Havre de Grace Police Department and Harford County Sheriff's Office provided the following information about recent incidents.
A woman's purse was stolen from a vehicle in the 800 block of Giles Street, reported around 5:30 p.m. on Jan. 9. Papers and $100 in cash that had been inside the bag were stolen. The estimated loss was $204.
There was a disturbance at an apartment in the 400 block of Congress Avenue. Reported at approximately 4:30 p.m. on Jan. 9, the incident was classified as a disorderly person or a burglary. No further information was available about the incident.

Two pit bulls were said to be running loose and barking in the 700 block of Congress Avenue after 3:30 p.m. on Jan. 9.

A stray dog was in the 700 block of Hoppers Lane before 11 a.m. on Jan. 9. The dog was described as a tan stray weighing approximately 20 pounds with medium-length coat.
A Kindle was stolen from a living room in the 700 block of Erie Street. The theft occurred before 10:30 a.m. on Jan. 6. The estimated loss was $125.
