STAR Summer Camp: Minecraft Summer Camp (Grades 3-5)

Does your child yearn for the mines–or do they just have an interest in the hit game, Minecraft?
Then, this camp is perfect for your child!
In this camp, campers will have the opportunity to take what they’ve learned from one of their favorite games and apply it to real life! They’ll craft different creations using the provided building materials, fight off dangerous monsters like the explosive creeper and mystical enderman, and even learn how to ‘mine’ or sift for precious gems like diamonds and emeralds. From surviving the Nether and its lava pits to creating ‘potions’ with scientific experiments, they’ll be able to see the world from Steve’s eyes.
At the end of the camp, children will showcase what they’ve learned, and even share with their families some of their awesome builds!
