Plunge Patrol at the Washington Street Fall Festival
The Special Olympics Maryland Plunge Patrol is more than just a fundraiser—it’s a fun and unforgettable experience that brings the excitement of the Polar Bear Plunge directly to our community. Raise $100 or more to earn your chance to take the plunge in our mobile plunge unit and receive an official Plunge Patrol towel.
Every plunge supports more than 26,000 Special Olympics Maryland athletes and Unified teammates by helping provide year-round sports training, competitions, health programs, and leadership opportunities—completely free of charge. Come for the excitement, stay for the camaraderie, and leave knowing you’ve made a meaningful impact.
