City Council: Awards, Recognitions Tonight

Four students and a beloved former teacher are scheduled to be recognized at Monday's City Council meeting.

Students from each of the four Havre de Grace public schools are on the agenda to be recognized. A proclamation will be made on behalf of , who was . A proclamation will also be made to Quynh Budzynski, of the of Harford County.

Patch contributor will be recognized with a "Did You Know Award," and a Mid-Atlantic Region Special Recognition will be presented.
