ARAA Home Care Classified - Calling CNA/PCAs In Harford & Cecil Counties

ARAA Home Care is currently looking for qualified CNA/PCAs in Harford and Cecil County who want to care for patients in their homes. The qualifications are as follows:

2+ year's work experience
Hight School graduate or equivalent
Basic Health and Tuberculosis Screening
Participate in Quality Improvement Program
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
State Certified Nursing Assistant Certification
Current CPR/American Heart Association and First Aid Certification
Valid Driver's License, vehicle insurance and access to a dependable vehicle of
public transportation
Ability to think or work independently and with direction and communication with staff members in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Provide great patient care
Answer patient calls and determine how best to assist them
Provide physical support for patients or residents with daily activities, toileting, walking, standing, exercising, eating/diet, medication assistance, vital signs, basic first aid and CPR, hygiene, bathing, grooming, shaving, dental care, dressing
Follow the client's service plan & documenting any changes in the clients condition
Record vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, temperature
