Crash Near Tydings Bridge Jams Traffic
BREAKING: Crews are handling a single-vehicle crash near the Tydings Bridge, officials say.

HARFORD COUNTY, MD -- A crash south of Tydings Bridge has resulted in lane closures on Interstate 95, officials say. The two left lanes and left shoulder on northbound I-95 were closed as police and first responders handled the incident.
At 2:51 p.m., the Susquehanna Hose Company was dispatched to I-95 north near the Tydings Bridge.
One vehicle was involved in the crash, and those inside were able to get out before crews arrived, the hose company reported. They were being evaluated after 3 p.m. in the area of I-95 at mile marker 90.2, officials said.

This was the second crash in the Havre de Grace area on I-95 in several hours; another collision happened just before noon.
There are patches of freezing rain coating area surfaces, according to the Maryland State Highway Administration, which said its crews were out Sunday afternoon treating roads.

The area is under a winter weather advisory until 4 p.m. Sunday for freezing rain. Drivers should use caution and anticipate slippery roads.
