Drunk Driver Crashes on Old Bay Lane: Police
Other recent incidents reported to Havre de Grace police include $1K flute theft.

The Havre de Grace Police Department provided the following information.
A drunk driver took down a pole and security fence on Old Bay Lane Wednesday night, police said.
At 10:50 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 11, police responded to a crash on Old Bay Lane at Clark Road. Officers found a 2012 Volkswagen Jetta with part of a pole on the roof. The security fence for Acer had also been knocked down.

The driver, a 59-year-old woman from the 300 block of Old Bay Lane, was charged with DUI, failing to control speed to avoid a collision and driving while impaired by alcohol.
Two Thefts Reported

A flute was stolen from a residence in the 1400 block of Ontario Street, reported at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 11. The victim may know the suspect, police said. The Gemeinhardt silver and aluminum flute is valued at $1,008.
A Nintendo game was stolen from an unlocked 2004 Hyundai in the 900 block of Chesapeake Drive. The theft was reported at 1:18 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 10. The game was estimated to be worth $35.
One Arrest
A 21-year-old man from Denver, Penn., turned himself in to police because there was a warrant for his arrest in Worcester County for possession of drugs other than marijuana. He was taken into custody in the 700 block of Pennington Avenue at 8:09 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 10, and taken to the Harford County Detention Center.
