HAVRE DE GRACE, MD — The outdoor events for First Friday have been canceled due to the weather on Friday, April 5, according to Havre de Grace Tourism officials. That only applies to outdoor vendors. Otherwise, organizers said First Friday will be moved inside for the April 5 event.
Activities hosted by restaurants and stores will continue rain or shine, authorities reported.
Vendors who paid for April spots will have their payments automatically transferred to the next month, and those who already paid in full for the season will receive a refund, according to organizers.
