Harford County Residents Lend a Hand: Reader Stories

HAVRE DE GRACE, MD—With over two feet of snow covering Harford County in some places and plows working overtime, it would be easy to lock your doors, close the curtains and ride out the storm, but some outstanding residents are stepping out to lend their neighbors a hand.

We asked Patch Readers if they’ve noticed any snow-melting acts of kindness in their neighborhoods. These are their stories:

• “Great neighbors on Mt Royal Ave. Helping with clearing driveways.”
• “Neighbor plowed us out with his ATV.... Very grateful. His payment was a 2015 Sierra Nevada Barrel Aged Narwhal!”
• “Aintree Lane Fallston. Everyone is helping everyone.”
