Havre de Grace Halloween Parade 2019: Watch Live

HAVRE DE GRACE — Creativity was on display during the annual Halloween parade in Havre de Grace. More than 300 participated in the parade, organizers said. Costumes ranged from a group dressed as various games to a little girl enveloped in pink puffs representing cotton candy.

Those dressed as princesses and dinosaurs trick-or-treated at local businesses late Wednesday afternoon, then as the sun set, contestants paraded around North Washington Street for the main event. Skeletons, soldiers, rabbits, unicorns and others strutted in front of the panel of judges.
