Havre de Grace Library Gets Wrecked
The library branch on Union Avenue is being demolished this week; a new one will be built in its place.

Out with the old, in with the new!
The Havre de Grace Library as we once knew it is no longer, as work begins on taking down the old building and reconstructing something bigger and better in its place.
Library branch manager Irm Brown said that “the claw” arrived Tuesday on Union Avenue to start the process of taking down the old building. Demolition began Thursday and continued Friday.
