HdG Halloween Parade 2018 Brings Out Characters

HAVRE DE GRACE, MD — The Havre de Grace Police Department shared the following photos from the 2018 Havre de Grace Halloween Parade. Crowds gathered downtown on Oct. 30 and paraded around Washington Street at Congress Avenue.

The grand prize went to the "senior citizens," LJ and Maddie Minutoli, according to The Aegis.

It was not the first time for one of the duo to be recognized at the costume contest.

In 2013, Havre de Grace Patch reported LJ Minutoli was among the top 10 for his role in the "prom king and queen."
