We have private offices on the main floor that rent from $500 to $700 per month, suitable for 1, 2 or 3 people, depending on office size. The quiet work environment is perfect for start-ups and established small businesses, sole proprietors, satellite offices for realtors, attorneys, accountants, writers, techies, etc. We offer full time reception, 2 conference rooms, copy room, coffee and tea service and small kitchen with full size frig, microwave and toaster oven, We also have office furniture you can choose from to get set up, if needed. Our front lobby has been home to the RiverView Gallery for 24 years now, so it is always bright, cheery and welcoming to your clients and customers. Rentals are month to month, with one month's security deposit due upon lease signing. On the second floor we have a big, beautiful office suite w/private entrance that will knock your socks off! It rents for $2,500 per month, and features 2 front facing private offices with water views, reception and spacious work and file storage area, kitchen with rooftop deck, large conference room, and one full and one half bath. It is fully furnished and decorated. Great for smaller law, accounting, insurance, tech, graphic arts, design firms, etc, and will work for 4 to 7 people. Don Osman taught generations of students at Havre de Grace High School and continues to impact the students as the leader of S.M.I.L.E.S. This summer, Osman is stepping down from his post with S.M.I.L.E.S., the community service organization he founded at the school. He's also retiring from his post on the county's Board of Education. But Osman will always be around Havre de Grace High School. Now, his name will be there permanently. The sign was presented to Osman by Mayor Wayne Dougherty at some point in the past year after it was commissioned by Elaine Bennett, the longtime media specialist and S.M.I.L.E.S. co-chair. Bennett will be taking over the service organization, and Osman will remain as an assistant. Check out the slideshow for images of the new "Don Osman Way" sign.
