InterPlay Workshop

Designed to encourage well-being through movement and simple storytelling

Starting on Saturday, October 10 at 10:00 AM a series of monthly InterPlay workshops will be held at the Unitarian Universalist Fellowship located at 2515 Churchville Rd., Churchville. They will be held every 2nd Saturday through May except for December.
InterPlay is a practice and philosophy toward wellness rooted in the power of play, which helps us unlock the wisdom of the body. InterPlay’s creative process uses easy-to-learn forms of movement, stillness and storytelling that anyone can do. All body shapes and sizes and all degrees of comfort with movement are welcome. InterPlay is a global movement dedicated to helping the whole person thrive: body, mind and spirit. Facilitator: Rev. Lisa Ward. Childcare is available upon request. Fee: $5.00 per session.
