Man Punched Through Cab Window: HdG Crime

A man reported that he had been punched through a cab window in the 500 block of Congress Avenue on Wednesday morning, according to the Havre de Grace Police Department.

The assault was reported at 4:52 a.m., police said.

Officials referred the victim to the commissioner’s office.

In addition to the assault, police said two thefts were also reported on Wednesday, April 15.

Money was stolen from an individual in the 300 block of Seneca Avenue. The incident, which was the result of an identity theft, was reported at 10:20 a.m.

A debit card was stolen from the 600 block of Hoppers Lane. The theft was reported at 9:53 a.m.
