Mayor Dougherty's FY 2011 Financial Report
Havre de Grace's mayor delivered a year-end report at Monday's City Council meeting.
Havre de Grace Mayor Wayne Dougherty read a memo at , presenting the final financial data from fiscal year 2011.
The memo is included in its entirety.
Dougherty, who said the presentation of the data was delayed while the city underwent an audit, plans to present the first quarter data for fiscal year 2012 at the first November City Council meeting.
