MD 155 Closed For Fallen Tree: State Highway Administration

BREAKING: Heavy snow may cause trees to fall, and one reportedly went down near Level.

HARFORD COUNTY, MD — All lanes of MD 155 are shut down on Tuesday morning due to a tree down, according to the Maryland State Highway Administration.

MD 155/Level Road was closed between Hopkins and Hopewell roads, highway officials reported after 7:30 a.m.

The National Weather Service advises people in Harford County not to travel unless it is an emergency, due to a winter storm warning calling for 6 to 12 inches of snow.

Heavy snow may make roads impassable. It could also cause power outages and fallen tree limbs, a situation which the Aberdeen Department of Public Works said had been reported after 7 a.m.
