Traffic is stacking up south of the Tydings Bridge Sunday due to a crash on Interstate 95 north.  Just before 5 p.m., a crash was reported on I-95 north between mile markers 90 and 91, according to transportation officials.      Five vehicles were involved, the Coordinated Highways Action Response Team (CHART) reported.      Two northbound lanes were closed on I-95, with traffic getting by to the right, after 5 p.m.By 5:15 p.m., CHART reported that all lanes were clear and had reopened.      Screenshots from CHART traffic cameras.
