Water Street Seafood opened during the coronavirus pandemic after owner Theresa Ray closed her restaurant at Aberdeen Proving Ground.
It is located where Price's Seafood used to be. The Harford County Liquor Control Board gave Ray permission to sell alcohol in January, at which point she said the crabs were coming from Louisiana to get people through the winter. Maryland crabs are available from late spring through fall.
