The vehicle was taken from the 300 block of Commerce Street on Feb. 17.Credit card fraud was reported in the 200 block of Whirlaway Lane at 10:05 a.m. on Feb. 22. The case is being investigated.A 52-year-old Havre de Grace woman in the 800 block of Ontario Street was cited for disorderly conduct the evening of Feb. 21.An assault in the 700 block of Congress Avenue was referred to juvenile services. The assault was reported at 1:45 p.m. on Feb. 21.Gym clothes valued at $230 were stolen from a locker in the 700 block of Congress Avenue.
