Should Havre de Grace Consider a City Shuttle?

There's coming to Aberdeen, and Perryville in the near future that will enable travelers to commute within those communities.

Residents of Aberdeen could travel to to visit shops, Havre de Grace residents could go to the , and Perryville residents could ride to Havre de Grace for visits.

But Havre de Grace City Councilman Jim Miller took the idea one step farther during .

Why not have an in-town shuttle that would enable residents to ride a set loop around the community?

Aberdeen and Bel Air both have inner-community shuttles. Why not Havre de Grace?

said he was a proponent of the idea in years past, when it was suggested while Dougherty was on City Council. Dougherty said the idea was ultimately shot down as "cost prohibitive."
