The quiet work environment is perfect for start-ups and established small businesses, sole proprietors, satellite offices for realtors, attorneys, accountants, writers, techies, etc. We offer full time reception, 2 conference rooms, copy room, coffee and tea service and small kitchen with full size frig, microwave and toaster oven, We also have office furniture you can choose from to get set up, if needed. Our front lobby has been home to the RiverView Gallery for 24 years now, so it is always bright, cheery and welcoming to your clients and customers. Rentals are month to month, with one month's security deposit due upon lease signing. On the second floor we have a big, beautiful office suite w/private entrance that will knock your socks off! It rents for $2,500 per month, and features 2 front facing private offices with water views, reception and spacious work and file storage area, kitchen with rooftop deck, large conference room, and one full and one half bath. HAVRE DE GRACE, MD — The Special Olympics Torch Run will take off from the Lock House in Havre de Grace Tuesday morning.Starting at 8 a.m., the runners will embark from the Susquehanna Museum at the Lock House to US 40. Then they will proceed on Route 40 to the Baltimore County line at Joppatowne.Those venturing out on Route 40/Pulaski Highway Tuesday are advised that the runners may impact traffic.The Special Olympics Torch Run raises funds and awareness annually for the Special Olympics; law enforcement agencies sell merchandise like t-shirts to participate, then donate the money to the cause of helping people with special needs.
