Tree Falls On Power Line In Havre de Grace
Nearly 40 people were without power due to an incident off Robinhood Road, officials say.

HAVRE DE GRACE, MD — A downed tree temporarily closed a 1-mile stretch of Robinhood Road in Havre de Grace Friday afternoon, according to officials. The tree fell on power lines, authorities said.
The Susquehanna Hose Company reported its crew was at the scene after 3 p.m., with Robinhood Road closed between Old Robinhood Road and Chapel Road. Officials said BGE was on the way.
Approximately 36 people were without power on Robinhood Road, the utility company reported. By 6 p.m., the power had been restored, according to BGE.

Harford County was under a wind advisory until 6 p.m. Friday due to winds of 20 to 25 mph with gusts up to 45 mph. Tree limbs may blow down, and power outages are possible, according to the advisory. People should secure objects outside, and use extra care while driving.
