VIDEO: Havre de Grace Celebrates Fat Tuesday

Havre de Grace was a little brighter and louder Tuesday night.

The city held its fifth annual Mardi Gras parade, as floats and groups took to the streets from Bourbon to Washington to St. John, entertaining crowds along the way.

The parade was the largest of its kind thus far, with at least 20 floats or groups marching along the route.
