Wind Warnings In Effect At Tydings Bridge: MDTA
Drivers of certain vehicles should use extra caution crossing the bridge between Harford, Cecil counties: Maryland Transportation Authority.

BALTIMORE, MD — The National Weather Service has issued a wind advisory for parts of Maryland through Monday morning. Scattered power outages are possible, and a wind warning has been issued for the Tydings Bridge, among others in the region.
The wind advisory is effective from 10 pm. Sunday to 10 a.m Monday. The strongest winds will occur overnight, weather officials advise. Northwest winds will be 20 to 35 mph with gusts up to 50 mph. Trees and power lines may be damaged.
Wind warnings are in effect at the Bay, Tydings and Nice bridges as of 9:45 p.m., according to the Maryland Transportation Authority, which says the warnings are triggered by winds of 30 to 39 mph.

Drivers of the following vehicles should use extra caution while crossing the bridge during a wind warning:
- House trailers
- Box trailers
- Motorcycles
- Vehicles with roof-mount racks containing cargo
