Yeehaw! Harford County Farm Fair is Here
This year's fair features a new item—horse vaulting—plus staples like tractor pull and peach pie contest.
Rise and shine! The Harford County Farm Fair starts bright and early Thursday, with a 7:30 a.m. prayer breakfast, followed by a host of activities like archery and a cat show, capped off by fireworks—and that’s just day one. The farm fair runs from Thursday, July 31, to Sunday, Aug. 3.
All events are held at the Harford County Agricultural Center at 608 North Tollgate Road in Bel Air during the fair, which is designed to promote the county’s agricultural heritage.
Each day there’s a carnival along with exhibits, performances, activities and music. See the detailed schedule here. A few highlights are listed below.

Admission is $5 for military; free for kids under 4; $4 for ages 5 to 11; $5 for age 60 and up on Thursday only; and $8 for adults.
Parking is at Bel Air High School, Red Pump Elementary School, Vale Road field or the Tollgate Road “blue” lot. More info on parking is here. There are shuttle buses from the schools to the fair for free.
