Boat Races Return to Kipona Festival Harrisburg

Kipona Festival Here We Come.... 
This Amazing event normally has 1/2 million people in attendance and this Year the long awaited return of Boat Races.. The Jerseyoutlaws will host a two day Event at the Festival racing both Saturday and Sunday two blocks down from the Capital Building.  

Come and Watch a Race like you have never seen..... We are not Drag Boats, we are Jersey Speed Skiffs, Garveys, outboards and Ski Boats, racing from 50 to 100 miles an hour in a half mile oval
