Road Closures To Keep In Mind For This Spring Festival
The 2026 Towsontown Spring Festival is this weekend, which means road closures are taking effect. Here's what you need to know.
TOWSON, MD — Before you head out the door this weekend, there are some road closures to keep in mind if you're going near the 57th Towsontown Spring Festival.
The festival will be held Saturday and Sunday at the Baltimore County Historic Courthouse, at 400 Washington Ave.
Attendees are free to join the events on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., and from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Sunday.

Tickets for the carnival rides cost $2, but organizers say residents can pick up 25 tickets for $30 or scoop up a wristband for unlimited rides for just $35.
"If you are a thrill-seeker, foodie, music lover, or just a Baltimore explorer, this is your kind of festival," reads an announcement issued by the county.

Eventgoers will be treated to over 300 vendors offering a range of crafts, jewelry and food, among other goods. Live music will also be featured at the weekend festivities.
Road Closures To Keep In Mind
Police said the following road closures will take effect starting Saturday:
- West Chesapeake Avenue will be closed from Bosley Avenue to Washington Avenue
- West Pennsylvania Avenue will be closed from Washington Avenue to Bosley Avenue
- Washington Avenue will be closed between West Pennsylvania Avenue and Chesapeake Avenue
- The festival will be held on Saturday, May 2 from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Sunday, May 3, from 1 p.m.- 6 p.m. Please plan ahead
