I couldn't help but notice how many one car accidents occurred a couple of days ago. The road is very slippery when the first rain comes after a long drought.

Have you had a chance to play outside lately? Horse riding, Oregon ridge, the watershed area [no swimming please] . These are just a few suggestions for local outdoor activities.

Many people with allergies have been suffering terribly. Hopefully the rain will help them.

Here are a few simple tips to remember.

Remember to wear sunglasses with proper uva A $ B protection. And plenty of sunscreen.

Bring water in re-usable bottles and pack all of your trash and dispose of properly.
